B&M Felt have the most beautiful selection of felt. You can buy it by the meter and they also sell scraps by the bag. Even the colour sample board is beautiful! You gotta get one. This chiar was really just an opportunity to use the felt. I created strength by weaving a twine seat. The felt is secured by punching eyelets in the back and fastening them with cable ties.
